  2. check the earth on the back of the inlet manifold and check the earths around the engine bay, the temp sender for the ecu uses the earth of the engine (sensor earth it is on the ecu pin

  4. ecu is different because it has the knock sensor and the pin outs are different, i am curently using the interior wiring from that car to run my 5efhe engine so had to see the pin outs, most peoply try to just plug the jap ecu in and the car dont fire up, need to move a few pins about to make it work on a uk 4efe, why would there be a knock sensor on the jdm 4efe ?
  5. oh, forgot to mention..i only changed the rear at the time and do have the other two, will replacing the other improve it overall ? looks like the other 2 standard are taking all the vibration now lol

  7. I have a glanza S ecu which i removed and the engione also had a knock sensor, can i make use of it in a turbo set up ?
