I would like to thank all the traders on here I've delt with for parts and advice

some update Got the car back from the bodyshop the other week and its flawless really happy with it. Got the new frp bootlid on and poly windows, door bars and harnesses in. Dean from rw developments made me a baffled sump so got that on ready for going to the nurburgring next week. I had problems with my clutch which turned out the be the clutch fork which had split so had to take the box off and weld the fork back together also added some steel plates to strengthen the fork takata tow strap what you guys think

How would you reinforce it??

I have a spare anyway. don't have anytime to get something made up.

Tell me about it a right pain. Box has only been on 1500 miles new clutch and LSD. Away a week Sunday to the ring so gotta get it done this weekend. Only worry is how long will the next fork last. Any traders fancy making an upgrade??

Yeh that's what I was told. I'm using the 4 paddle competition clutch from race tech.

Anyone put a crack in the fork before? Mines just done it and almost impossible to drive and select gear cause if the flex in the fork. Got to take the box of and replace it. Gotta happen two weeks before I got to the ring aswell. Got a stage 4 clutch in only done about 1500 miles on it. Anyone had this problem? Solutions uprated fork or anything ?

It will be custom made to suit my side exit when I get it on mate. Bit gutted I don't have time before I go away would have been good. When I get back will get the turbo and water injection all set up.

He ain't cheap but you pay for what you get. He's putting a lot of work into my car. I know a guy that went else where after a quote from tj and ended up putting his car back to the company 3 times to get it sorted and ended up going just black in the end. Not heard a bad thing about tj so pretty confident the car will be flawless when done.

Might get away with the door bars as the are pretty low and aren't about the seat ?? I have recaro evo seats in.

Yeh I will look into the rules thanks might leave them off till after just to be safe thanks Don't worry will have plenty good stuff for the 85 still collecting parts for the engine for it

hey guys just thought I would post some updates. been very busy with the car this year getting it ready for going to the neurburgring in September. got a new gear box with kaaz lsd fitted and wms 4 pot brakes fitted. got loads of parts ready to go on the car but unfortunately some will have to wait till after ive been to the ring as ive ran out of time. I put the car in for a full respray so will get it back in the next couple of weeks. parts that are fitted zisco inlet mani wms 4 pots rear brakes cusco rear c pillar bar kaaz lsd new stage 4 clutch the car is

Planning a new set I have know idea about all the sizes. Will 4x100 6.5x15 et38 fit ok. ?

Anyone braking up north need gear selector cables. Steven

I'm guessing ep82 and ep85 are the same. Gears won't select on my 85 so guessing its one of the cables knackered as I can select manually at the box. Anyone got Any the can sell me. Steven
