tell ya what automatic are great in the snow/ice get quite alot of grip.

i'd get the garage to check the valve and piping to make sure first go to one that recomended and when you go in tell them someone recomended them it'll make em feel good and they will do a better job lol make sure they backward flush to there no point forcing the blockage more into the matrix.

you'll be best with a high pressure flush find garage with a pressure washer to hand My old garage charged £30 per hour plus replacment parts like coolant gaskets plus vat cant see it taking a good machanic more than an hour so about £50

yes thats why your getting bad mpg i do that why i'm going manual been told max 200-250 mile auto manual 300+

if a garage has told you that and you dont know them they will prob just flush it first to see if it works then charge you full wack anyway

if it has a blockage would defo be easyer to backkward flush the matrix.............. if people were closer to me i could fix so many of there problem or try to anyway.

is the any water loss if not migth just be the valve that lets hot wter into the matrix really simple to fix and its in the engine bay

just have an extra mid section silencer fitted wont cost as much as a new exhaust the bigger the silencer the quieter it'll be

Well list everything thats wrong or that you want doing and I'll pass it on for a quote. The way i see it is if you spend your money to put it rite or just buy a new second hand car and have different problems that need fixing.

yes you have a direct short if wire are melted take it to an auto electrician the will sort that in 1hour £30-£40 should fix it if you were closer i'd fix it
