dunno might be because you have took load off the driveshaft? might be gear box but clunking noise usually cv joint worn if its cv joint the clunckin will get worse the more you drive it and will be noiser the tighter the corner/faster you travel

If it rubs now mate without being lowered it will defo rub when it is lowered smaller tires help when bigger wheel are put on and may be spacers to change the offset
Could be a few things mate problem with wires, the exciter ring rusted up or broken off or one of sensors not sure if the ecu will give you a code to point you in the right direction.

might be a long shot but get a heater under ya engine pointing up on full blast for half hour and see if melts dont think rapping it up will do much now its alread frozen
I've modded my boost button so its at 10psi on low then on high it turns my hdi ebc on set to 1bar well its wired in but not using it yet as i've not got my suporting mods on yet

I've never seen gt dash but if it has no numerical marking i'd say it just to show you somethings working get an aftermarket one its lets you know alot of whats going on.
