Hi Im running blitz active clutch + trd quickshift I have been having problems shifting through the gears at high rpm on a quick gear change, So i changed my gear oil for millers fully synthetic 75 90. I now have a loud metal on metal scrappin sound if i do not pull away with a lot of gas (ie racing pull off) also the clutch itself really smelt to day strongly which it has never done (burning the clutch out). As well as this some times on gear change iin any gear after bringing the clutch up im gettin loud noise from the box. The thing the only problem i had before i changed oil was immens

enzo what is a decent brand to use ? also have u ever had or know anyone with a gt or glanza with a stiff gearbox after clutch fitment. my gear box is so stiff selecting 1 +2 and i have even took to a transmission specialist and he dint have a clue? i have read around on both forums and this seems common with no one knowing a decent answer? i will try the sugar cube thing and see if it helps at all

Hi all the glanza has its first mot this month. Ineed to get it through the mot without a cat so anyone know of a place i can go that could help me with this pm me if necassary. the rear fog is shot and i dont have a horn rigged up either. i also would like to change my gear oil what is the best/recommended oil to use? can anyone help me out with changing my gear oil as well as the sugar cube that connects to gear linkage im in maidstone and am willing to travel. i think i have forgotten some stuff? i will add later

well mate they have bigger cores you can run more boost through them, they look better, and are generally quite a big improvement over stock, they are also fairly cheap.

same here mate that ting is coming from the coilovers and sound slike spring? its doing my head in my cvs are fine in what is causing the coilovers to do that?

yeah its 100% the springs that ting it sounds like it comes from the coilovers

hi people having problem with my glanza, i had the clutch fitted few monthsa back now, and was told to bed it in which i didn't. (blitz active clutch) Clutch is all good and grips immense but im having a problem with shifting into second gear. When i first had the clutch done i noticed the gearbox seemed extremely stiff when changing gears especially second (no crunches what so ever) i took the car back to dyno tech in erith and they said its a common thing with the evos the clutch pedal had not been aligned correctly and was not fully engaging the clutch. 5 min later he aligned peday chec
