Didnt fit the clutch or crank seals last weekend after if this weekends job now. Ordered all my fittings for my race spec rocker cover and got a sexual colour ready for it Also the tyres are now slick and may need to order some new oil so thinking about leaving it off the road for a week or so then its straight for mapping hopefully before JapShow ;) Pics when progress is under way

Engine seems healthy compression wise mate and your not easy on the old girl so thats a good sign, stick with it mate valve stem seals are common on any Jap motor Plenty more boost to go

Yea it is a really odd size luckily we had a spanner that fits them lol but yea I feel your pain mate my heart sank when we couldnt get a pedal after removing all the ABS, probably something really simple mate.

I had this problem, it was a tiny leak from a brake line I made to remove the ABS unit, once the leak was sorted it bled first time. I know you said there are no leaks but I really dont know what else it could be. I did exactly as mrk5916 did when removing the ABS and it has been fine.

Can you get away with changing stem seals without removing the head? If so I cant see that being a huge job
