Cant you get Cusco top mounts seperate? If so it could just be the top mounts and a different shock/spring set up?

Usually they check air filter and replace if need be Change the spark plugs and check the leads and possibly replace them aswell. They also change the oil and oil filter Check brake pads and shoes, replace or clean with brake cleaner if necessary Check suspension for leaks or damaged bushes etc Then check water and other fluid levels like brake fluids, screen wash etc Hope this helps I may have missed some points out aswell but you get the idea
