With the front end high up I dont see why you cant jack the engine up from underneath, we used a crane but dropped it down out like yourself. -

Yea it doesnt take long to fry a bottom end, once that light is on thats usually the end of it and bit late to warn you really New engine sounds sweet though how much is that setting you back? Take it you'll keep your head for when you rebuild yours rather than strip this new engine?
