That heat wrap should be plenty mate And yes the first sensors can be removed from the bulkhead and the piping that goes to the inlet blocked with a vacuum with a screw or bolt in it. Not sure if I removed the lil black sensor near the brake cylinder though I'll have to double check for you ro check my thread and see if you can see anything. And charcoal canister can come out just let that pipe that goes to the tank breath somehow, the little black box is a different size so you'll need a big pipe.

Yes you need to tension it in order for it to go through

The shorter the arm the higher boost pressure needed to open the wastegate, in order to put the arm back in the hole you'll need to put it under tension as it wont line up but yea the arm on the wastegate flap will always be shut

Its sprung loaded mate so the more tension on it the more boost is need to open the wastegate if that makes sense. lol
