i think its simply the amount of teeth that are on the driveshaft itseft that goes into the c.v and the amount of teeth on the shaft that goes into the hub mate. ive just had a quick count and it seems that there are 23 teeth on the shaft that goes in the hub and 30 teeth in the c.v that meets with the driveshaft. Sooo im guessing i need the 23/30 c.v, but i just want to make sure??? ;)

Right well yesterday i won the battle of the killer seized driveshaft hahah shes finially come out but in doing this i destroyed the outer C.V :/ So yeah liam i am strong enough!!! I is well hard isn't it hahahaha So the question i am now asking is, is the outer c.v's for the 98 spec glanza's the 23/30 tooth ones and also does the below link come with the abs ring, if not, what do you do to get the other off and on your new c.v?? http://www.tm-developments.com/index.php?m...products_id=252 Cheers lads, Zac

Cheers for that liam and lee, the full assembley is hanging off the car, i took the wishbone off instead of the ball joints mate, still no give what so ever and ive heated it and wacked the death out of it with a lump hammer, still no give :/ Anymore ideas??

Really looking for some help and ideas on how to get the driveshaft out of the hub as mine is really pissing me off now!!! ive taken exerything off that holds the driveshaft into the hub, the split pin, the nut cap and the 30mm nut and ive tried eveything and she still wont budge!! Ive heated it up with the blow tourch and smashed the hell out of it and still not budged one bit!! Is there anything stoping it from poping out, like a circlip on the back of the hub or what because the passengers side poped out nicely with hardly no effort at all :S my last ressort is to take the driveshaft an

LSN coatings in Castleford is where i get my stuff powdercoated and the turnaround is good, if you say you need it urgently they will try there very best to get it done. I had my axle off one weekend, and took it to LSN on the tuesday, i collected it on friday morning and had it on the car the next weekend And thats been the same for all my stuff.

Yeah thats what i was thinking about the willwoods or the K-Sports, they are pritty expensive and i always thought about the back end becoming light and twitchy around the bends, what is the stopping power like then between the twin pots and the willwoods?? maybe a little comparison between two people with either sets?? And shorty are you craazy, your bay is super lush!!!! Right, the rear end is not built up and finished looking fresh and ive started to dismantle the front end for the overhaul on that Just a quick opinion question, What colour do you think i should paint the front calipers?? The rears are a gloss black as they look soooo small i dont want them to stand out, im thinking the same on the front aswell but i also like a little colour behind the wheels. So what colour you guys sayin??? Also i will try do a monster update of the full overhaul front and rear when ive finished

Im sure there is a DIY thread on here or Toyota GT Turbo about painting your rocker cover and the Torque settings are in there Also when changing the Rocker Cover Gasket, i got told to clean the surface free of crap and put a little gasket silicone sealers in the corners where theres the little bridge bits that hold the cams in place, hard to describe really, but i did this and have no leaks what so ever
