Sounds ok. Main shaft bearings aren't really a problem on c52 transmissions, syncros and 5th gear inner hub on mine, we would charge around 100 to strip and inspect so others mite be the same might be worth having it opened and checked
Check it engages all gears rotate the main shaft by hand in all gears and make sure it doesnt lock up. Look for previous oil leaks. Check where the linkages go on I had to weld mine up where it was starting to split
4 wires come off it I believe where they go and their purpose I don't, one or two will work their way to the dash display. Others may go ecu??? Couldn't be sure. My battery lights on at the mo so I'm gonna get round to doing some checks soon
Nah pal just that and fan wiring but that's on other half of loom, Ah temp sensor for dash mines the sensor closest to the rad Remember the wiring from... Alternator to dash 4 battery light And exciter wire to starter And what ever method of boost control you are using
With the motec the loom set up is the same so it's a case of swapping pin outs at the ecu end and maybe a few sensor plugs in the loom, what ecu is it your using
