  3. I dunno it's a tough one speculating and saying what they should and shouldn't do is a bit below board. I think it's best left for you speak to them about it, but they have a huge reputation which they have long maintained im sure they won't treat you poorly, these things do happen as I said, we're only human!
  4. Look at the second pic I've uploaded it shows the bracket horizontally sat just as the picture ends on the left

  6. I'll get a pic of the back of a water pump and piping it may help
  7. My bad was thinking of td04. Any manifold will fit if it's ct9 ya.
  8. Mikes not silly, to be fair it's sounds like a hose or something simple there's always likely to be teething issues. It's very unfourtunate but these things do happen and by sounds of it the recovery fee's are going to exceed the cost of the repair!
  9. Thieving bastards, anyhow it does sound minor hopefully you caught it early and TD boys will have it sorted for you with out a doubt
  10. Yeah as above you can get some really tidy money for them

I'd begin with a block test first, you can also pressurise the cooling system to check for leaks with a kit, and if you want you could also check compression/cyl leak down. The chances are you probably got away with it, if you want to keep things simple pop some petrol in it take it for a spin, stay close to home just incase, check if it overheats, runs lumpy, feel the rad hoses see if they feel rock solid, and maybe sit up with engine on checking operation of the fan.
