They look similar to SARD C2 Gate, maybe same internally, look for a rebuild kit. I had a SARD manifold, down pipe and KKK K24 with the SARD C2, awesome turbos would love another, purely because of the rarity and performance as well of course

Three different bodys slammed into one, you can tell the photoshopping because of the quality, look at the blurs, if you can't see it tilt your screen (supposing your not using the old school glass screen) You'll see all the patches and joints, it's a shit attempt but it still looks cool!

Check dizzy, leads, rotor, plugs, ignitor run an engine diagnostics check. Whistle could be a sign of a leak or a damaged blade on the turbo.

Take the dizzy off, just the cap not the big bolts, I'm sure it something like a positive drive screwdriver and maybe a 10mm spanner. If you undo the main ones bolted to the head you'd adjust the positioning of the actual dizzy which would adjust ignition timing. Once it's off check the contacts, they should be fairly clean and cylindrically shaped not worn out and deformed, also check condition of the rotor which is the spinning contact that's not on the dizzy cap but on the dizzy itself. Red plastic with a metal contact on it.

Theoretically speaking he should be registered as a trader on here as he buy to sell and make a profit. Which is entirely clear.
