Yes, very easy to fit with the bumper off the car. Simply screw the two tabs on inside the edge of the bumper and bond it along the front. Total price is 114.95 GBP delivered to UK mainland.

It doesn't have brackets at the back, nor does it need them. I have a genuine one here without the brackets and it fitted on the bumper perfect with Tigerseal.
