  1. I absolutely hate my f**king iPhone and can't wait til the contract finishes. I need to treat myself to a BB Torch I think ;)
  2. Say 7, as I'm sure some people will run late! And you can catch up with us asap! ;) 1. Idrees 2. Gtnomez 3. pr1nce 4. Starbuck 5. josheyboy006 6. starlet-glanza-v 7. 1harvey 8. LukeSR
  3. That sounds like a fantastic idea. I know Steve has a lot on but I'd definitely be up for organising a UKSC track day. If you could find out prices for me asap I might pop over, even thought mines only running at .5 bar.
  4. It seems that most of those with a TD04 know that it will do well on track. And you say you need more power on the straights, a well set up Hybrid will no way go as well as a TD04 in a straight line
  5. Oh yes, that looks lovely!
  6. Sounds awesome! Any idea on prices? I might go for a bit of fun.
  7. Spread the word and get some more people to attend, it would be nice to meet more UKSC members ;)
  8. After a rear bumper ;)
  9. Indeed, but it doesn't look very nice at the moment!
  10. Sweet, well I'll add all the info the first post and take it from there! ;)
  11. Same case as the CT9, you could either use: ECU such as Jam, Mines FCD with rising rate fuel regulator Piggyback such as EMB
  12. I'm sure it won't be as busy on a normal week day ;)
  13. What about central? Or Star City? We could all go for a Nandos
  14. I'm not sure of locations, I live in central Birmingham though so I'm quite flexible. Put your name down if you're free next Wednesday @ 7pm, then we can arrange a location.
  15. Hey guys, Is anyone up for a mini meet around the Birmingham area? I stay in Birmingham from Monday evening til Thursday evening so possibly a Wednesday evening? Next Wednesday the 26th? Edit - 26th Janaury, 7pm @ Star City! Idrees
  16. With a Red front end?
  17. Nothing much.. A few on the way: Volk's, Track R's and more RG's. One set for each car! I sold my 16x8 Rotas so had some making up to do!
  18. I cut them off with an angle grinder
  19. Jetwash it, cover up the important bits and give it a good blast over. I've done it to a lot of my cars and only had a problem once where one of the sensors on the bulkhead got water in it, only took a few minutes to clean it out!
  20. Awesome, I was very close to buying a set off eBay the other night but then came across something else!
  21. They've damaged a fair share of FTEs on here!
  22. I'd just like to know whether you guys have actually drove a TD04'd Starlet? I've had 3, and they are not laggy! That's what people used to think 4 years ago but I thought everyone knows by now that they don't lag. I say go TD04 for sure, it's an ideal sized all round turbo imo. It will absolutely wipe the floor with a CT9 on the straights, and will help you stick with bigger cars and I can't see any issues around the bends either. Once you learn how to use the turbo at its best efficiency, you can have the power there when you need it. Cost wise, I build my latest GT on a budget and here are the sums for the turbo kit: Toyosports Manifold and downpipe - £110 (unused) TD04 turbo - £60 Brace welded to the manifold for added support, and actuator bracket fabricated - £40 Race-tech oil feed - £30 Genuine Subaru gaskets (not essential) - £30 Braided water pipes - £40 That's a total of £310, you can use rubber water pipes and wrap them up, and use cheaper gaskets so it can be as little as £240.
  23. Indeed. Go for the 2nd shade as it is more metallic.
  24. Whack a budget TD04 kit on it, the Toyosports will do the job fine. Good for 220bhp safely on a good map!
  25. Parcel shelf? Glove box?
