i wouldnt do it to be honest as your not covered if it all goes tits up, best advice would be do it via pay pal, easy to set up an account!

gt turbo are usually lower insurance and less money to buy but ive had a ep85 for the first car and it was no problem at all! but remember running them on 99 and it being 4wd it will drink the fuel if you boot it trust me! welcome to the club
