so any part synth 5/40 ?

cool well i used 10/40w last time and never had problems as its not freezing in norwich and rarely snows lol so ill just pick up some middle rand 10/40w fully synthetic now all i need is the td04 and im good to go haha

im not sure ill ask him wasnt brilliant had rear dif welded etc and was a bit of a cheap fun lol theres a few old school starlets on ebay not sure if they ended though

i was thinking of flushing it with some of that stuff that looks like it comes in a coke can haha ! dya have any links guys to the products you used , im off 2moz so i may pop in halfrauds after my tattoo and pick some bits up

right well im going td04 by the end of this month (thats a promise) and part of me fitting everything in the process is to give the car a damn good service ready for the new power so whats the best oil to use and any recomendations , like should i bother flushing the engine etc if so how do i do it ? but really i want to know these 2 things blat ! 1) best engine oil to use 2) best radiator/coolant fluid (im guna change to a civic rad) cheers you guys

im struggling with injectors i duno which to go for but im looking at getting a td04 and a Dastek ecu

well atm i have a 1 bar spring in there and the most i want to map/run is 1.2/3 so if i keep this spring i will just never hit full boost unless im ragging it or down the strip etc so really getting a lower spring is pointless ? cause i aint fussed at hitting full boost at any lower

yeah this is whats confusing me ... you say i wouldnt be able to boost lower then .7 ? but surly when i put my foot down its guna build up .1 .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 etc ? or will i just put my foot down nothing happen then all of a sudden BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOST

ahh so if i got a 0.7 bar spring i could still boost to like 0.3 on the gauge and get a lil power same as now then ?

im finally getting ready to pick up the last few bits and get on with my td04 conversion .. then i hit a brick wall i understand when running an external wastegate you can control the boost with either a srping combination or a EBC well ive got an EBC and im slightly confused on how to pick a spring .. have i got this right if i was to use a 0.7 bar spring then all the way up through the revs there will be no boost as the pressure builds then when i hit 0.7 the boost will all come in at once ? or is it i will build boost up but at 0.7 the spring will be fully open so then ill hit more boost ? so surley is it not best to get a 0.3 bar spring etc? any explanations would be muchly appreciato

im pretty sure several of us told ya what it is does etc and turn ya actuator down to run lesa booat or use a EBC and control it with that

you chose to spend a stupid amount on it same as we all have make a list of prices on things that had to be repaired for mot and i garantee u its nothing, any car u buy if its a tuneable car ull spend money if u want a car that dont cost alot buy a corsa or something that way if if does break u can go scrappy easily enough

i aint got a welder haha so itl cost me more then £200 just to get a welder ;)
