  1. Had a look through, thanks lads. while were on the subject, when im at the scrappys what can i look out for for the 4EFE? ie is there any other exhaust manifolds, TB`s etc. as im sure theres loads of corollas etc there. Thanks
  2. Yeh just had a look into that, heard its a faff on though.
  3. Yeh i was just thinkin that, booo. and im not sure dude, was facing out in a corner and i just popped the bonnet, next time im down i will have a skeg if its not crushed. was a complete car
  4. Got a relative who has ties with a scrapyard, and when i was last down there was a mint looking 7AFE in a corolla, they have a smart looking exhaust mani, do these fit the 4EFE? i know the lentghs will be off, but i will just get an exhaust made up from that. Thanks
  5. Get some rims on it, some cheap lowering springs and it will be spot on! i couldnt believe how clean it was, Get a build thread up
  6. You tried filling the throttle body with carb cleaner? just give it a blast through that will mabye sort it?
  7. I have never had a problem with it though? its for brake assembly, and plus i used silicone based grease and a few other ones (we have loads at the garage) and they end up melting away!
  8. If you dont fancy popping the piston out, you can just pump it out pretty far and get cleaning under the seal, then same again pack it with copper grease and push the piston in and out a few times with a G-clamp. i did that on my other one because i cba taking it out lol. works fine!
  9. Sparky im sure most of the the cars people are on about here have been daft pulls from the lights, motorways etc. but im sure nobodys stupid on here...
  10. Is that right? will have to check the part numbers on my calipers, or it may be the same caliper, but with a different caliper bracket. will see. and dude that would be perfect, Pmed you
  11. When i have this problem, i remove the sliders, and clean it out best as possible, pack it with copper grease, and that usually does the trick. if not it will be the main piston, either corroded or dry that gets stuck as the brake heats up. If the pads have been low, the piston will have been stuck out far, and mabye corroded behind, and now its been pushed back with better pads, it starts sticking. if so just pop the piston out and clean it up, the seal also comes out, this is clipped in. That will sort your problem dude.
  12. Yeh i agree with that aspect, we should all fight for what we see is right, but when certain religions are causing a great deal of conflict over silly things,(land, right etc) that can cause wars, surely its a step too far, and doing everything you can to show your faith in terrorism etc? we should all express our beliefs, but there is definetelty a step too far! But as you said, i doubt it will ever be stopped
  13. Agreed ryan, but its truth, conflict begins by people disagreeing, and alot of the heavy stuff is because of religion, but the thing is is rarely gets sorted without something big happening, because people beleieve that strongly, and are born into there beliefs so its a constant problem
  14. Ryan thats brilliant stuff there mate! dont mean to offend but i HATE the corruptness in religion, its always underlying no matter what religion it is! drives people too fight and not get along, when religion is usually aimed towards peace??
  15. Probaly the first time its ever been to the redline lol

  21. Its off the circle headlamp ones, and yes they do fit straight on, bar a longer vacuum hose. Oh and by the way you want to post it in the technical discussions bit dude, not in here!
  22. Any half decent brand will do the job fine mate, but as above give the calipers a service, just undo the bolts through the sliders, remove them and grease up the seals, then do the same with the piston seal, back together, give em a bleed and that should have the brakes working perfectly dude. doesnt take long either tbh!
