It made it out of the tent! I used it to go to work and it turned out to be a frosty night!! Having no heaters at all made it a fun drive home! thats its first ride out since Sept/ October! I also need to put the other seat in it and make a new strut brace and catch tank if I can fined some interest in it!

Looking good mate you will have to let me know who did those bits for you they could give me some advice 😛 Hope they work faster than me too 🙃

Should have someone coming to look at the first lot of parts today! I must say its not getting broke but thind down a bit lol

TBH its looking more like it will be broke than not, We are on with pricing/ buying the stuff we need for our loft conversion and bathroom and all the £££££££££££££££ need to be covered some how!

Will it moved today (out of the tent and then back in) so I could do the timing belt on my combo van in the tent! I think thats the 3rd time since JAE lol I might get some interest back in it soon or it may end up as I stack of parts for sale to fund home improvements!

If you make the gaps too big you will get blowby, too small and the rings will get tight as the engine gets hot.

To mesure the ring gap you need to put the rings in the block (with out the piston) and mesure the gap in the ring with the feeler gauges to see if the gap is the correct size, its not realy a job you can do with just a file, its a specialist job realy and should be done by the machine shop when the do the boring
