rather than chance loosing gear oil by taking the shaft out just knock it off with hammer, thats the easiest & cleanest way.

have you tried speedvision bud, the hybrid they have are pritty good & not to exspensive -
I've been running on a speedvision ct9 hybrid for the past year n i cant fault it, set at 1bar it holds boost perfectly

if its a jap import then the de-cat would be ok as you dont need to do a cat test, as for the sun strip may fail depending on the tester

im an mot tester so if it's an import bud it shouldnt need a cat emmisions test.

have a look under bonnet mate on the n/s n i think it may be a 15amp fuse (blue)

not far from ther: Thornaby it jus the one ive bought as only got two plugs, n ma mate reckons the glanza have three plugs, if he's ryt will it still fit.............

i found if you measure the stock actuator from the pin to the base & set your hks one the same length tht shud solve the problem, if not lenthen the arm a bit by bit until happy. hope this will help you :harhar:

thanks matey will keep that in mind spec so far: fmic, Nurspec cat & hks acuator. still waiting for my ct9 hybrid to arrive i'll keep you guys updated

Thanks for all comments, future plans are uprated ct9 hybrid (speedvision) & maifold (waiting on), then on to the paint work.
