    are your coilovers both set the same height? a mate of mine had the same problem with his skyline, had lazer alignment done, bushes checked etc. in the end he had is coilovers properly aligned and he's never had a problem since. may be worth while just checking the height is the same on both

    h4 are the correct bulb fitment, depending on what ballast you have you can go for two choices hi/low beam or single dip deam

    fuse under the bonnet,not 100% sure but i think its a 15amp..
