Most of the parts are here/got: Turbo - Garrett T28 Intercooler + Pipe - Choice of two will go for the smaller one for less lag Gauges - Nismo FPR - 3" downpipe - B & M short shifter - Poly mounts - Dumpvalve - ECU's - I will be going for nistune rather than link or dastek awaiting few parts then ready to go - Decided to go for a full gti interior loom... Fidanza fly and Gspec clutch New shoes List of things to do: Change clutch - Gspec Stage 3 (Thanks ammar Do wiring Bushes - Front poly wishbones bushes, Shifter bushes and RTA Short shifter - B&M shifter Water lines - From the coolant hoses Tensiomer gasket - New gasket as current one is leaking Sound deadening - Remove it all! Seats - Need to weld the passenger side Gauges - Boost and oil pressure Fit turbo / intercooler Fit standard grill Standard number plate Mount rad further Bonnet pins Wheels Front and rear mounts Weld extra plate on the jacking points Finally then spray the car JET Black

  13. so you guys know my car.... its currently a turbo'd corolla. but i want to go n/a again.. so decided to buy a 3s-ge and drop it in. going to be getting the engine, gearbox, loom, ecu, and one set driveshafts from a gen 6 Celica (ST-202), another set of driveshafts from a gen 5 Celica (St182), rav4 mount and avensis mount. the following is a list of things I've got, will be adding things to it when i get the parts.... Engine and box: 95 Celica ST-202 3S-GE engine S54 Box ECU & Wiring: Standard 93 corolla 4E-FE Engine loom Full 95 Celica ST-202 engine loom Engine Mounts to fit Ae101 / E10: timing belt side engine mount use a Rav4 3sfe mount. Modified 4efe gearbox mount Front mount use celica mount Rear mount use std corolla but redrill and use a few washers. Driveshafts: Custom Driveshafts Fuel Pump: Standard Brakes: Avensis Twin Pot calipers (unsure if they fit) Cooling: Celica ST-202 Rad ishaq pic of standard corolla 1.3 4efe timing belt side mount pic of standard corolla 1.3 4efe gearbox side mount whilst i was at the scrapyard picking up my rav4 mount, they were taking a corolla apart, so i saw an opportue moment to see if the rav4 mount would fit corolla chassis... it fits :twisted: pics of some of the parts i have collected so far... standard 4efe loom fuse box Rear disc conversion and St182 driveshafts (in the white bags) Rav4 mount oil sandwich plate went to the scrapyard today and bought 2 things Avensis 2.0 3s-fe Gearbox Mount Avensis Twin-Pot Calipers and carriers (hope these fit) afew updates... bare engine bay lol.. running on hopes and dreams 3s-ge engine s54 box old 4e-fte c160 (6 speed box) updates... engine is in but quite afew mods needed doing for the mounts powersteering sorted fueling system sorted gear linkages sorted rad needs lowering as it sits a little too high getting custom driveshafts made as celica ones dont fit... wiring starting tomorow too.... PICS of engine in the car it is a VERY VERY tight fit lol next to cambelt behind engine near brake cylinder

Paid a vist to Unique Exhaust in stafford for a 3" Mandrel bent Exhaust Had few backboxes available to fit Super Dragger - Fuji Gike - 5zigen - Blitz Nur Spec - All of them where too big for the micra, the blitz was the only one that would fit but would stick out slightly. The plus side is the brand name would be view able lol... Old 2.5" Mandrel bent Spoon Exhaust New 3" System Took ages to customise the blitz back box, no room cause of the whiteline gear.
  21. Little update, Sold the cams/sprockets and the current 2.5" exhaust system, will be upgrading to 3". Hoping to get it done for sat I've got 3 choices of what to do now with micra 1. VE... 2. DE... 3. Turbo To get the best power output out of a DE/VE will cost ££££ but it will be more fun and reliable, if i where to do it then it would have to be done properly. Id be aiming for atleast 210bhp... or go turbo which seems to be cheaper and can easily achieve 250+bhp and apart from the ecu/mapping i think it can be done under £1000. So got difficult decisons to make :sweatdrop:
