Can go triple for the same sort of money, 56mm core I've found slightly better cooling than the dual core as my down pipe is close to it.

Depends on how deep your pockets are but personally I wouldn't bother pumping money into a turbo that runs out of puff in the top rev range. I have been down the route of hybrid ct9s and they are a good upgrade if you want a little more punch higher up and you don't sacrifice a lot spool time, probably 200-300rpm with a tongs or speed vision hybrid ct9. You could go down the route of a billet wheel to reduce weight and spool but when you can pick up a tfo35 from a subaru forester from around £100 and a good manifold and down pipe combo it really isn't worth it. Or go td04 for more power there

Wasn't there a company floating about on eBay selling copys of the Mc chu not so long ago, or where they cruise copys? I'm sure they where Mc chu for around £180.

Rotate the cold side of the turbo and you will need a hot side intercooler pipe to suit. Mild steel is softer than stainless so will cope better with flexing and shrinking with heat. As for fitment your best off reading up on each kit or drop Sacha a pm for more info. He's really helpful and will give advice on whatever kit suits your needs.

£120 for a petrol cap cover, I hope it comes with sticky tape.
-
There trying a bit to hard. Was entertaining enough though.

They list a bush for each mount. Standard mount and oem Lsd have a different size Bush yes.
-
I'm pretty sure camskill did both types but to be sure I would measure up.
-
For the early ball joint type drop links I think cam skill used to do powerflex kits and the later bar type you can get cheap from eBay if you know the size your after.
-
Yeah you can get a braided oil feed upgrade for the ct9 in stock place. The likes of Race tech, zisco used to make them up for around £40. Then you have some flex when moving it around, plus the oem feed is around 20 years old.

What power can a ct9b produce
jamesglanza replied to matthewthomas's topic in Performance & Track Days
Have a look at the power leader board -
Get a braided oil line mate the oem lines are prone to breaking.
-
Your describing the same symptoms as mine mate so fingers crossed, Liam Doyle from Midland turbos just had my turbo picked up from my house rebuilt and delived back In 3 days for around £180 so it's not to bad.
-
I just had the same problem mate, and was told valve stem oil seals but thats more when your idling when hot. Just take the down pipe off the hot side and crack the clamp off and removed the cold side of the turbo. You should see a little oil on the exhaust blades and behind the blades/cover plate where the oil seal is, this drips round behind the clamp. If not then maybe valve stem seals but you can get an over head valve spring compresser and do them with the head still on the car.

Cheap ep82 bolt in cage
jamesglanza replied to starletezy's topic in eBay, BidJDM, Yahoo Auction Finds
A weld in cage is always going to be best but if you did deside one day to take a detour into a field on your roof I would rather have a bolt in cage than no cage at all. -

Looks like a cusco dash dodger to me and says it's iddys old one. -
Normally the varis and livesports have thicker fibreglass and gel coat than Id workz stuff. I have an Id workz varis copy and it's hollow core and a very good copy but the gel coat is next to not there. It has the holes for the lugs and bolt holes are there. I would be interested in this if you do come to sell and can confirm it's varis and not a rep.

WEPR, zisco, or get the dremel out. Personaly I wouldn't have anything but wepr now after going through just about everything over the years. Brilliant customer service great help and a lifetime guarantee to the original purchase purchaser.
