Yes mate will be on whatever boost pressure you set the HKS actuator to. Longer = Less boost. Shorter = More Boost.

The loop from your turbo goes onto the vac nipple on the HKS actuator the other pipe can be removed as its for the high low boost solenoid.

They say about 240 is the absolute safe limit but some people run 260 some run 220 it varies between engines and the health of your engine. How long you had your Glanza? I must have seen it im over the bridge everyday man.

To forge an engine anywhere between 1000-2000 depending on what parts you use and where you get them and who is building it aswell. As for a turbo set up is your car completely standard just now? Or do you only need the turbo kit? Kit alone id say about 500-1000 and if you need management and other supporting mods your talking probly around the 2k mark again.

thats because the blocks are less common its a bigger engine and alot more work goes into forging them. What you running that you want to forge it or you just doing it since your rebuilding it??? If you dont need a forged lump just get a nice low mileage 4efte off ebay for 500 quid?

Aye mate they are well fake. The cheapest set of new brides are about 1300 or so. Best off with a set of old Bride Brix's better chance of them being genuine as they are old seats and they didn't really make the copies back then as they didnt have as easy a market as they do now with ebay. Also most of the real ones will be advertised as 'Genuine'

are they 2nd hand im assuming? Its like most things. Also the fake brides are supposedly made of a terrible plastic and can break easily so not worth it even if its a good copy.

Think you can get blocks relatively cheaply mate there everywhere tbh. You needto decide whether u want to go 4e or 5e and go from there. Am from Dumbarton buddy wot u got then? Gt Glanza N/A?

Its all dependant on how you will do it and how long you have. Draining it will take longer but will give you a better clean through as your not mixing the fluids. Like Keri said tho if you do it that way will save you with air pockets and will be far less hassle. Bare in mind though if the car has had the same fluid in it all its life thats 13+ years and brake fluid absorbs water so there tends to be a heavy slime a bit like imulsified oil that gathers in the bottom of your resivoir If you want to get rid of this the only way is to drain the system completely and detaching the flexi from the calipers to avoid getting the gunge stuck in the calipers when bleeding.

I'd imagine 1 ltr would be enough mnaybe get 2 to be on the safe side and just do the clutch aswell while your at it. Are you on draining out the old stuff and replacing the whole lot i assume?
