There no gromets on the inside to take off any bolts mate? Then if its sealed on use a bit of fishing line and use that to break the bonding.

Cheers morgey by "your gna have to get in about it" I just meant get your hands dirty. Yeah theres a proper tool for winding them you can use a caliper wind back tool or a ratchet cube which is the cheaper option. Or as I said the shaft of a screwdriver which is free as I assume you have one.

No it wont! Hence the fact it still has female drivers. The only way to make these even slightly masculine is to buy the John Cooper Works Edition.....even then still debateable. My Mrs didnt even one 1 because she called them gay lol pretty much says it all.

Infact sorry to contradict here fellows, but you should loosen off the cable inside to as loose as it will go then remove the wheels and calipers, clean up your pads and caliper carriers. Then using a screwdriver long ways unwind the caliper piston until there is a bit of resistance in turning the disk when the caliper is in place. Then once you have done this adjust the cable up inside the car. This is the proper procedure for adjusting a handbrake. If this doesnt work then you need a couple of handbrake cables matey.

I'd like to see so much more of this. Hav come close to losing the plot from these folk a few times. I genuinly think police should be on the hunt for these folk. More accidents are caused on the motorway from people like this going slow than people speeding. Not only that but their imcompetense is a major factor in causing traffic jams.

Really?? Hope they do for you mate. I got mine from the Clutch Shop on ebay. I actually bought an exedy clutch labelled organic clutch believing this was a stage 1 but when i asked they said it was standard and the exedy organic was 250 and this one was 115 when i asked for a refund he offered me the Greenspeed for no extra charge. I was more than happy with the service from them.

I think you can pull them out with a thin plain screwdriver without needing to remove the dash sounds to me like a connection issue.

Pay that little bit extra and get a stage 1 clutch will be slightly tougher. I opted for the Greenspeed as its the cheapest of the stage 1's but used exedy friction plate so its not cheap tat it's a win win situation. Mail the shop on ebay and say you havent heard much about the clutches and you are unsure but dont have the money for an exedy stage 1 and im sure they will knock some money off it for you. They did for me anyway.

Aye mines is kinda on the road off the road atm having some turbo issues with my hybrid. Should be good soon though. As for Paul i dno what kinda stage hes at now but i wouldnt imagine hed be up and running before christmas. As shaun said hes sent himself on a self destruct mission lol.
