na mate, thats the wastegate itself. you have your 4 runners that come out the head, which go to the turbo exhaust side, just above the turbo where all 4 runners come into 1, you will have the other runner, usually which will either stick out to the front of the car, or like mine the side of the engine (wepr kit) that you bolt your wastegate to, then you have the screamer coming from the other side of the wastegate. it hasd a spring and a diaphram inside it that when the boost reaches the desired level it will release the exhaust gasses, works basically the same as an actuator, but alot better and more controlable. you weld the internal wastegate shut. dumpvalve is on the intercooler pipework

my old one was stick on, never had any trouble with it at all, but it was all legal sized and spaced lettering

the dump is from the dump valve not the wastegate mate, the wastegate lets out exhaust gasses when it reaches its set limit. the dump valve lets out the air already compressed by the turbo when it isnt needed, probably cant hear because the car sounds louder

have a look throught the traders on here mate, manifold and de cat prob try WEPR (Wicked EP Racing), Zisco or Race tech get a mild steel mani though as there stronger and meant to be longer lasting than there stainless steel counterparts. Fcd try the for sale section on here, or put up a wanted thread. maybe ebay? HKS and JAM do them, Jam are meant to be better FSE or sard for the fuel pressure reg. If your upping boost id definately get a boost guage, in fact id prob make that the first thing id get, you want to see if your boost is spiking/ creeping and this really is the only way. TMD and Tuning developments do the actuators, or again try the for sale section on here. (ive only noted traders that have come into my head, try all of them may get better price elsewhere, and the brands ive said, id stick with them for manifolds, and the feul regs, but its up to you what you go for and your budget. theres a fair few £££ from what ive listed above really. to save money on a mani, you could maybe port your stock one. there are some threads on here how to do it. but it will take time and a fair bit of effort. hope this helps, matt

haha i dont use a sponge myself, just said it. meguars lambs wool mit all the way but yeah the point is it would rip off if a bit of the mit/sponge whatever got caught

id use the same double sided tape as number plate tape mate. i cant imagine silicone being all that stong, one catch with the sponge when you wash it and could just rip off

there carbon, but not f1 style, there m3 sorta style, i thought it strange they have indicators, and it looks a right ball ache putting indicator electric feeds to them :/

i havent got much choice unfortunately mate, ive had my heart set a td04 from the day i got the car, ive assembled nearly all the bits now costing god knows how much, even though ive been out of proper work since november. and i have 2 engines, one in the car, and one in the garage with a fooked head. i got a new head, and the bottom ends ok, but im gonna refurb it all and hopefully ill be able to swap the engines over within a weekend and put all my td04 stuff on ready to be mapped. only thing is now. im slowly getting more and more skint, and the bills dont pay themselves

haha well if your gonna bin it you can send it my way for free so i have a spare lol cheers mate its slowly geting there, just needs a fooooking massive service. but thatll be solved with the td04 kit and new engine

looking at some of these, but do they still have the function of the electric mirror glass as standard glanza morrors. not the fold in bit, the actual mirror its self moving? or are the wires purely for the inidcators?
