im selling my v as i have just lost the love i had for it. the car i buy needs to be my daily, for a while anyway as i cant afford to insure 2 cars. now im either looking for something drift, something that is track capable (teg or civic etc) or just something smart that runs on the devils fuel but can be re mapped up to a good standard my thoughts are so far, a 200sx (found one thats been almost fully re cond with proof) an mx5 or a mr2 track wise ive been mesmerised by tegs all week, had a good look at civic type r ep3's and thats about it really unless anyone else has any good i

on my autobahn fmic i just cut the pipe that runs along the back/underneath the cooler to the desired length and used a 90 degree angle off the turbo

if there ep3 ones they fit, but they sit quite high up, i had some sold to another member, nice seats

^^^ i agree, but when i havent had work for nearly 4 months, and then miss my first day at a new job because cars bolloxed dont look good. managed to change the order in time before it was sent thank god. had to pay more but must be worth it. 1.2mm athena sound ok to everyone?

i need the car back today mate. havent got a choice in the matter. got to put that gasket in it, then think ill see what happens with it. if i keep it ill change the head gasket in may, should be able to afford a run around then.

thing is i wouldnt be able to break it, id need it gone and a new car within the same weekend. and its not really something you can take to a garage and say take that in px for your astra vxr is it lol i do fancy a s14 or something though, can insure it cheaper than my v, how stupid is that, 260 brake rwd drift machine over a 130 brake 1.3 turbo.

after fitting my new engine last week complete with new freshly skimmed head, oem headgasket and new head bolts from tmd, and putting my td04 on this morning the head gasket decided it didnt want to create a seal between the water way and piston 3. amazingly timed so that i had to ring in to say i couldnt make it to work on my first day at a new job. felt such a tool. ive stripped it down and ordered a trd .6mm headgasket off fensport which i have been told will be here by tomoro (if not someones getting an arse kicking) its really got me down though to be honest, and its left me wonderi

as above lads, im changing my head gasket and cant get the bottom pullys off for shit, only put them on a week ago as well. havent got a puller or whatever has anyone got any tips before i break something? asap if poss please

im running .5 on standard reg with td fuel pump. i did think when the head bolts came they looked a bit sketchy tbh. should be ok at .5 on that fuel set up shouldnt it

if it wasnt done properly it would have gone pretty much instantly though wouldnt it? its not using stock turbo anymore, and it is a stock head gasket

no i know it wont, but its gonna be more reliable at the end of the day, and i just replaced the head gasked with a skim on the head, whole new head, gasket and bolts last week

lol its not a case of being a poof, just the money. start a new job tomoro and cant afford the beast any more. look out for some for sale threads. does anyone had a rough idea what its worth?
