I have had the same problem with my athena, i torqued the sucker down and it was still weapin oil in the corners! -

I am still in a bad mood with it, decided to spend some money on my boat instead. Gonna buy the pistons next month when i have got more free cash. Bloody thing is sitting in the naughty corner still, I have stripped it ready for the pistons to go in so i can get it put back together in a day, arrrgghhh does my head in even writing this post!!! Hmmmm will have a think about it - bloody thing!!!! -

it looks like its been split at some point it might have an aftermarket LSD in it, have a look through the side and take a picture, you should be able to see the lsd over the standard diff. post a pic up.

Sounds like a plan, well if the mods and admins decide who to send them to, you can organise getting them sorted who ever is good at being creative to mount them i guess is best I dont mind giving them to Trisk to do it.

Well seeing as I had bad luck with a set of Wossner forged pistons, i have decided to donate them to the club so they can be made into trophies for JAE, if you think its a good idea of course. Thought it would be a good idea to mount and engrave them, got spare rods to put them on, maybe one could be passed from person to person each year with a new engraving of their achievement for nostalgia. If you think its a good idea post up and let me know who will be in charge and I will get them sent to the right admin. As long as you promise no one sticks them in their car ha ha

Well i dont mind giving them to an admin to clean up, would be pritty easy to get them engraved and stuck on a rod, i got loads of spares.

Well i will ask everyone to stop the blame game then, I have agreed with Mike to take it back and have a look at it and go from there. I hope to have it fixed by end of April.

Hmm what i also find interesting is two different tuners have different opinions on what they think has gone wrong, Ricky says timing, TD thinks fuel starvation, hmmm i wonder who is right.

Well i have had a change of plan, I really need to keep the rebuild costs down especially as i now need a new set of forged pistons so I have emailed tuning developments if i can take the car back to them to get fault tested for no charge. Cant really afford to pay another £250 to put it back on the rollers again, im bloody skint now. That way they get a chance to see if its something that's failed or if indeed they missed something, i dont see why they shouldnt.

standard injectors are good for 200hp no problem, i believe 220 is also ok but your right on the limit of the injectors so not advised, but 200hp at 1bar on standard injectors will be no problem, just make sure your RRFPR is set up for it (fuel rail pressure will need to be increased)

there are always loads of drop out nearer the date, you should get one easy.
