yeah just mask off well triple remeasure just to make sure you have it ligned up right, then cut it out working slowly, i think it took me about 2-3hours to do it properly

yeah i fitted mine before, here is how i did it 23rd April 2011 Fitted my new AeroCatches today to ditch the original bonnet catch and front bar section to save a bit of weight, plus the catches look the shizzle! New catches to be drilled and cut into the bonnet, shit this is going to be a right cahoont First you have to line up the catch to fit the pin which is going to be located directly underneath. Then you have to grow some balls and get cutting on your bonnet, ahhhh god i hope i dont cock this up cutting like a right bitch, it was actually quite easy once i masked off and drew with the template supplied. The finished product, i really like them and they lock too which is a bonus, i can now rip out all the redundant cable crap too from the old catch.

Did you do it with the throttle open, you will get slightly higher results, they say 150psi is the mimimum, does it it burn any oil?

Just thought i would throw this in the mix, i usually do an early spring track day every year with Pembrey. Its a great track and works out about £120 for the full day open pit, or you can also have the option of doing a half day, morning or afternoon for £60, bloody bargain if you ask me. So nearly 4 hours on track for £60!

I am going to invite them because they are bound to get pissed off otherwise!

Yeah there is plenty of parking, plus i live in a cul-de-sac so no one ever comes down it so you can park anywhere. Its 95 Graig Road, SA6 8PQ if you want to check it out on google maps.
