I thought Sparky ran 1.4 bar and it blew up on the rollers, but yes what everyone else has said. At that bhp though standard i wouldnt expect that engine to last longer than 12months! i would stick to around 210hp on standard you can sleep at night knowing it will last! at that kinda hp you are likely to snap a rod or crack a ringland

I am going to edit together a load of clips of my car and want to make a video of it, add some music, some text etc, what software is best that makes it easy? drag and drop would be nice for a PC?

Yeah mine has the sticky gear change problem too, if i drive it normal its ok but if i boot it its like the box stiffens up, and it can be a struggle to get in and out of 1st and 2nd, bloody anoying, especially as i have just repaired the 5th Gear syncro too!

Was out doing some testing today (private roads , just had a quick blast in it, she pulls well for a stock ECU. Seems i need a bigger speedo lol, the numbers run out quick!!! Its a bit slow picking up initially as its off boost and has to spool and a lazy gear change into 4th lol! yeah the machine work catches everyone out, you could notch the block your self with a dremmel, you just need to take off a small section on each side at the bottom of the bore, although i was lazy and got them to do it

If its a bad leak it will sound like a hissing sound, where the intake manifold is you have loads of small pipes attached to it on the back front and right hand side, just inspect them all, shouldn't take long to find it

Yeah they are being dicks about it, I have had a rant at them already but they keep telling me its not 2000cc so i cant claim the higher rate the knobs. I think i might just go buy a 2.2litre petrol vectra banger for £500 and tell them i drive it!
