I fancy giving my boxy a bit of a facelift for the newyear, I am trying to find a spoiler for it, possibly the Si limited standard one or maybe a liversports one. Can anyone help out in finding me one, or point me in the right direction?

Ooo that spoiler is mint, i am after a spoiler for the ep70, although its a bit of a pain the arse trying to find one!

Looking for a used emanage unit, preferably with a TD04 map on it already just so i can drive it once its wired in to get me to tuning developments. If you know of any for sale let me know

I wouldn't risk any performance increases on the engine without replacing the manifold or removing the re-stricter first.

Its a complete bitch, I will just have to keep at it. The problem is the box works ok, but i am not sure for how long particularly on track, so bit of a gamble! If i figure it out i will post up!

The box is back in the car at the moment as although its ropey it does still work, so using it for driving the car when i go out for the odd blast, but need this done before the track season starts up

Yep done that lots!!! all i can think is happening is somehow the clip on the driveshaft which sits in the box has got wedged in the spline

My gearbox is on its last legs still from last year and its crunching in 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th and also if i hammer it for some reason the box tightens up and 1st and 2nd are very difficult to disengage. I dont care about the box, but what i do care about is the Quaiffe LSD that is inside it. I have had the box out but the CV cups are what is causing the problem, one side came out no problem, but the other is totally refusing to come out. Now normally these should be a piece of piss to get off, especially with the box on the bench, but it just refuses to pop out. I have tried baring it off, wed

I did make a disassemble guide but pissing UKSC lost it when their site was fucking up all the time, lost hours and hours worth of writing!!

If your only changing your shells you dont need to split the engine, you can just strip the bottom end, you dont need to remove the head from the block etc. You can see from the pics whats involved changing

lol if you guys remove your PAS pump on a PAS rack its going to be like driving with 10 ton weights on each wheel lol, i wouldn't like to drive that at speed being that heavy, i would also think it was dangerous, if you had to do quick steering to avoid a collision i.e hard left and right, you wouldn't be able to react in time!
