You can buy a braided hose kit for them bud! Cant remember who on the forum does them but i remember seeing them

There is several discussions on TGTT about this very subject dude! You can run a stock engine with higher than 1 bar of boost but it isnt advised because it normally doesnt last long! Steves was through a crank seal not being replaced, not just because he was running a hybrid. IMO its entirely down to personal preference. Ive got both turbos.. JUst gonna dabble a bit with both

About waxin and that dude, in my opinion leave the new paint for a few weeks t cure. Dont wash it for the first week other, give it a better chance t harden. Wouldnt want swirl marks . And use a microfibre wash mit aswell.

Few questions, what size clamps and how many of each did you order because i have a HDI intercooler but cant remember the 2 sizes... 2" or something? Next question is what did you ask for, for the hoses for your Power steering reservoir and that? Just a length of what ever size And im going to be running a Tongs hybrid with my HDI FMIC, was a wee bit of a struggle getting the pipe on the turbo but i got it on... This gonna be stressing the turbo with the pipe pulling at it? Great write up

You can use normal paint on your rocker cover Georgie, you just have to make sure its prepped and primed properly and it isnt laid on! I had a chat with Turbo Dave and he helped me out

You wont need the actuator before you fit the Decat and Manifold. I had both on mine with the standard acuator and lo/hi boost soleniod inplace aswell. Like Sparky said it is ideal to have it remapped after each mod, but it isnt practicable thoughh . Well my bank balance wouldnt stretch that far

Standard GT with a decat, got 135mph on private land before i ran out of straight tarmac!
