I must admit I had a Clio for my last daily it was a super cheap wee car to run untill I had to hire a crane to remove it from a tree... Ha!

I have a 04 plate seat leon I paid 800 quid for. To be fair to it its been a solid wee tank and gets plenty of abuse. I've been thinking about getting a nicer daily and keep looking at a tdi golf or passat with a tow bar. Good mpg parts see easy and I can get a trailer for the starlet for the show season.

Depending how many days have passed it might be worth opening a PayPal dispute just so you don't lose that protection. Just say to glanza mac look its close to the 40 days they still haven't arrived am going to start a dispute just incase any issues arrise I'd they arrive and all is well ill close it. Its a wepr SR series manifold I belive with tial wastegate and braided lines. td04s been rotated so whole things ready to bolt on really. Its then had a 2.5" decat matched to a custom 2.5" straight thought exhaust which exits Into a hks hi power back box. There's also the additional option of a evo intercooler and custom pipe work and greddy bov to sit behind an ep82 bumper with no cutting.then an air filter relocation kit with filter ( I belive this requires a trim of a small part of the slam panel below the lights. The decat and exhaust don't use the stock oem flange so this can't be split but I have a few options on selling it. Item For Sale:fully forged 4e Item Condition & Description: Head and block both skimmed, honed and pressure tested Crank polished and reground Forged rebuild bored out to 1400cc with oversized Wossner pistons and PEC rods ACL main & big end bearings 1.4mm MLS headgasket ARP headbolts All new BGA gasket kit and main seals (Inlet mani and rocker gasket replaced in April 2014) ADL oil and water pump ADL timing belt and tensioner kit engine was built aprox 2.5k miles ago aprox 600 miles were run in miles and then 300 to get to and from mapper. unfortunately the owner then had an oil light come on when giving it full beans round a roundabout due to the poor baffles in the stock sump. at this stage the owner decided to throw in the towel and i bought the car to break and the engine was stripped down and inspected to learn it had spun a bearing. a new crank was sourced and correct bearings ordered before this was rebuilt. at present the engine sits with the sump bolted on but not sealed. this is to protect the engine from any dirt but allows the potential buyer to remove the sump and check its forged contents. i have a receipt for the build for 3.7k not including parts which is listed as supplied by owner on receipt. this does include alot of other work carried out at the same time like new suspension and such like being fitted. i also have the run in procedure given by the engine builder. I'd try keep it on the road mate. I've got a gt gearbox sitting wouldn't want much for it and could meet you half way.

Hard to price things like that. Personally despite the fact 5dr is rare I'd still say it hurts the value. If you wanted to see it with a few interested party's if either have an auction or do closed bids. Only true way to know the value of a 1 of 1 item.

I've got a full wepr td04 externaly gated kit with custom 2.5" exhaust straight though if its any use its not top mounted tho

Am a hygiene supervisor for a salmon company. Been in for a few meetings when the car parks filled with 14 plate mercs and bms and I rock in with the starlet and silly loud side exit

I imported my ep95 for just under 2k. I browse every other day looking for another and there's quite a few starlets you could get sub 2k. But its a few months of money tied up and a fair bit if work to put in for not a massive return
