Across all cylinders id say its likely the fuel pump issue if it was only one then yea possibly an injector has failed but for them all to fail would be impressive. I run a afr gauge on mine to keep an eye out its always nice but I'd say other gauges like water temp oil temp/ pressure were more important to start.

You would need to get the map tweaked for bigger injectors. What does your engine lad think is up with the injectors? If he thinks ones fucked you can get them flow tested

You would really require both and then by the sounds of the video some exhaust paste around part to give it a good seal.

Shame to see I must admit am guilty of this sometimes aswell if someone just sends one message for a picture of a part its easy forgotten about by the time am home and able to take pictures. That's what's called engine suicide! There are many known cases of engines destroying themself as there to embarrassed to be mated to a autobox!

aye i certainly dont expect to get the 500 but got to start somewhere even with a asking price of £500 some people have still offered me £100 for them if i put the asking price any lower some i dare day someone would end up saying if i paid them they would take them away.

I've got a wepr external wastegate td04 kit with custom. 2.5" exhaust for sale just need to get a new flexi welded Into it first. Also have a custom mate fmic to fit aswell.
