    I'd kinda disagree its more like the lesser evil. Rent is a killer. I have quite a nice 2 bed flat and my mortgage payments are less than I could rent a bed sit for And I can sell it and have something to show for it were as rent your just paint someone else's mortgage and abit extra spending money for them

    Done it a few times and id say its Easier to take the lot out. Just leave the green cups in the gearbox and driveshafts in the hubs trying to wiggle the engine out with the gearbox still in place its fairly tight and its only a few extra bolts to remove the gearbox
