    my does the exact same noise, its defiantly the springs, the ting sound that is, myne knocks a little but i think its my cv joint, the ting sound is only when im parking, just dont know how its doing it!

    superlites ;) come in 13" minilites are 12" ;) they are a little hard to come by though and are in 4x98 mini size so wobble bolts will be needed if you wanted them for you starlet.
