Ive read several times that people either set adjustable fpr to standard pressure or go back to standard fpr. Jezza (jp performance) who I got the ecu from suggested a standard fpr and I believe he knows his stuff

Hi guys. Ive recently switched to a standard fpr and jam ecu setup from a rrfpr and fcd. I got rid of the fcd and adjustable rrfpr. I put my old adjustable rrfpr up for sale and someone messaged me saying I shud be running rrfpr with a p&p. So standard fpr or adjustable with a jam p&p ecu? Thanks in advance guys Dan

They were approx 0.7mm fresh out the box. I took the old ones out, 3 were 1.1mm gap and the 4th was 1.4mm lol

I dont understand the different settings though, why doesnt every1 just set it to 12?

Hi guys, I am just wondering what the different settings mean on a HKS FCD? I understand the bypass fuel cut. I am soon investing in an emanage as I know the FCD/FPR is very much frowned upon Most people suggest '8' as the figure for a mildy modded engine I'm guessing the lower the number, the sooner it will hit fuel cut but what if your car runs spot on at setting '8' but you turn it higher to '12' for example?? Does it give the car too much fuel.... I'm confused why if you have one you wouldnt just set it to the highest setting? Thanks, Dan
