  1. Cheers Noel, my neighbour was round looking at it. It wasn't even reaching 3000rpm. I think it is the TPS. I will switch back to the 4e ECU tomorrow and see what happens. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
  2. Running extremely rich. When throttle is opened fully a huge cloud of black smoke comes out the exhaust, the car dies and the engine management light flashes. The PAS pump won't stop squealing and isn't working (could this be down to the anodized pulleys?) Changed back to 4e-fe injectors to see if that helped, but didn't. should mention that I'm running a 5e-fhe with a 5e-fe ECU.
  3. If we could get a meet sorted for say, May it would be awesome. My car should be completely finished by then.
  4. Cheers man, did a good wee bit on this tonight. Got the fuel pressure sorted. New issues though!
  5. They look amazing!
  6. I have a Remus back box if that's any good to you pal?
  7. I don't mate, I had to use 2 washers bolted together, I'll see if I have a pic of how I did it.
  8. Will consider all offers, feel free to ask!

  10. Sorry critic, I didn't see your edit. I quite like that one as well. I definitely think there is some potential for this. They are quite cheap as well for a base car to begin with.
  11. Looks quite well decked! Nice edit Dan
  12. Aww man, what happened? There is a lot of UK spec ones on gumtree
  13. Don't worry the the 5e Sportif won't be going any where for a long time. Too much time, money and effort put into just to sell. I does take a while to grow on you but, lowered and a nice set of wheels, I think it would look well.
  14. When I 1st looked at it I was like, na I'll keep looking, but it has started to grow on me. Yeah these are 4wd as well. I'm sure the 200-250 bhp mark could be achieved, should be quite quick with a big turbo
  15. No problem pal, would be great to be traveling down with a few.
  16. As my Sportif project is coming to an end, I've been having a think of what to do next. I want to do something unique and a bit different. After a bit of searching I think I found the next one... A Toyota Will Cypha Its a 1.5 1nz-fe, same engine used in a T-Sport Yaris. A down side is they only make them in an automatic. They based roughly on the Yaris, so coilovers and handling mods fit also. I did a bit of searching around to see what parts are available. RHD Japan has loads for the 1nz-fe. I would either go turbo or supercharged. IMO I think one of these would look great, lowered and with a nice set of Rota Grids. Some a bit different, unique and you don't get much more JDM than that!
  17. November time, I've pre ordered it with game
  18. Welcome mate, hope to see you about!
  19. Is there any interest in getting a convoy together for this?
  20. My first job with the company I work for now was in their call centre, it was started on £16k a year which wasn't great considering I had pay £180 to get to work each month. I put a lot effort in, went on courses etc and was promoted to a supervisor. Last June a position came up for a six month secondment to their Legal & Compliance department, I had to take a pay cut while I was on the secondment (I was down about £350-£400 a month in bonuses). I worked hard while on the secondment and got offered a permanent position in November. Now I'm on £22K a year doing 37 hours a week, with all sorts of perks. I've found the more effort you put in the more you get noticed and the more opportunities arise. I've just been offered an Open University course paid by the company.

My order came today, I'm very impressed with the speedy delivery and quality of products. Would recommend to everyone. Cheers
  22. I know the heads are different as well. The 4e-fte head has extra waterways, this is the same with the 5e-fhe. I found out the hard way when I fitted my Corolla mani as water started to shoot out. Here is a useful guide. Click
  23. Can anyone help out, these parts seem to be like hens teeth. I managed to get the steady posts from UAE. I've tried phoning breakers, but they don't seem interest. I just need x2 brake line clips. Cheers
