Just some adivce with PayPal, dispute can only be opened in a certain timeframe. Another option if you paid by credit card, you are fully protected under the Consumer Credit Act of 1975 (as amended). You can ask your credit card company to initiate a chargeback for non-receipt of goods. This will be charged directly of PayPal rather than CJ Performance. Your card company may ask for proof of non-receipt of goods not fit for purpose, a print out of the tread should suffice. I got mine done by Smiths engineering and they got mine down to 4, I though it was epic, I notice a real difference in the revs.
