  1. I took the grinder to my CT9 Brace and Welded it to my TD04 Kit
  2. When idling exhaust was normal when revved a little abit of white smoke and starts to rattle a little up the top end. *Ive always had a tappety noise from around the Injectors/Inlet Area do you think this could have been a build up to this. i.e valves have gone etc..?
  3. I run a S/S one Gaskets are poo but manifold hasnt cracked ... had mine since November Time.

  6. Some of you may know i was driving down the motorway when aload of white smoke started coming out of the exhaust and engine was rattling. Ive taken the rocker cover off and everything looks normal Ive taken the Manifold and Turbo off and no visable oil in exhaust side of turbo Drained Water and no Oil in the Water Drained oil was abit black but thats prob because ive not changed it for a while. The Rattle seemed to come from the Top of The Engine Anyone got any ideas? Also if i need them where the hell can i get piston rings for Wiesco 74.5 pistons? Cheers
  7. Cut the hose between the Turbo and the actuator and put it in the middle... Done
  8. Turbo's been smoking for a while a car sounded like it had noisy "tappets" Shouldve investigated really but didnt to busy wanting it to look good. Now it looks good but dont friggin move ;)
  9. Its like anything though bud when you start changing an OEM System with Tolerences these Tolerences can be broken and Shit like this happens
  10. Going to investigate further tomorrow then if i cant see anything visibly then have it recovered home from work and drop the engine out i guess and see whats what. Or Buy a Forged Engine if all else fails
  11. Same Person that Built Ktl's But not a company from what info i can gather. Well no point grieving on it Cant expect to tune a 1.3 to 240bhp and not expect expensive problems here and there I am pretty gutted though just having it sprayed and it looks the muts nuts in my eyes now And now this :/
  12. Forged Engine Only Done 10,000 if that... Gonna strip it down tonight and inspect Am hoping the turbo seals have gone and its just starvnig the head but guess il find out later ;)
  13. Just for the Record ENGINGE BLEW UP THIS MORNING ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Filled the M20 with Smoke and Knocks like a B!TCH!

  17. After 2 Days With the 1200 Wet and Dry and a Litre of G3 and a Polisher Here She is ( Photo's are crap because only got i-phone )

  19. Ahhh dunno then bud my HKS one had 1 4mm which was connected to inlet mani and the 2 6mm one went to turbo and one went to actuator
  20. has it got 1 x 4mm nipple and 2 x 6mm nipples?
  21. Anyone else have this cleansing problems? Now ive had my car sprayed i find myself cleaning the wierdest of places.

  24. Take a positive IGNITION Feed and find an earth and thats that lol the 4mm needs to come from INLET MANIFOLD 6mm - 1 Goes To Turbo Nipple 6mm - 2 Goes To Actuator I have got some PDF files but no clue how to share them for everyone on here.
