Hello, i think i may have a possible boost leak, car makes a very loud whistle when on boost, car feels like it pulls ok but its just a real loud whistle compared to other turbo cars ive had. Ive had a brief check and cant see any loose hoses or splits, i am runnin what looks like a replica HKS dump valve, is it possible this could be Sh*t and causing it to leak? It has an adjustable screw on back of BOV, ive tightened this up to the max and it has made no difference, i thought this may make a chatter when it dumps also but it sounds the exsact same? any ideas?

Fitted the ECU, took for a test drive, not a real difference other then no more fuel cut and bit more responsive will have to wait to get the other mods on, did notice that the revs drop quite low now after heavy acceleration, doesnt cut out but does drop close. any idea what this could be?

for anyone whos interested have some more updates, few things arrived today New manifold, due to slight warpage have to get it machine flatterned bit of a bummer but not end of the world and my new ECU ;) just awaiting my new Decat from group but then gonna get hybrid turbo shopping

Hello, how flat should the flange that connects manifold to head be? Ive just bought one and ive put a straight edge on there but seems to be a little out? is there an allowance on how warped it can be or does it have to be dead flat?
