  6. Wana get you self over to silverlake. They have hundreds.
  7. Have you fitted the solid bushes that go on the selected cables at the gear box?
  8. I would also take the cam cover off and check the belt timing too. Done mine a tooth out once and drove it down the yard flat as a fart till boost came in. Drove it strait back in the work shop.
  9. Try taking out the fcd. Might be fukin up your map sensor reading.
  10. You can take the worm drive out. Uv swapped them over. You have to be really carfull. Take the 10mm and the little plate out. The round plate with the treads in the middle will come out. Usuall hard to get out. Needs to be pulled strait out up ^ try cleaning it. And pulling up.
  11. Could you not put a nut and bolt in to get you back on the road. Not near my car and can't remember if you can get a nut and spanner on it. That's what I would try and do if I was you mate.
  12. Little guy. Big hart. Angry temper. Guna be at JAE hope too see you guys.
  13. Have you bolted your wastegate pipe brace on? Don't want to crack you nice manifold. But sounds like you have an exhaust blow some where now
  14. Be interesting to see how it goes with the new pipe. Should be alot more responsive. Keep us updated about the smoke. Be nice if it clears :-)
  15. Should be boosting more than that. What intercooler are you running? You checked your turbo waste gate port for cracks? It dose sound like you have an air leak if idleing that high. Try taking your pipes off and fitting the clips back with the clips nice and square to the pipes. Could also squirt brake cleaner over the pipe to look for air leaks.
  16. The 85 gets all muddy down the tracks. Was so funny. Was more like a foot path towards the end and the start thinking about it. The 4wd didnt get stuck in the tractor ruts. Just plowed on throw I recon shorty will post some pics of the dirty girl up later.
  17. I'm saf in Shorty's ep85 and it's got a rev counter. Shorty's is an S model tho. What's yours?
  18. Sounds like your heater matrix is leaking. Not sure what they are like to do on a ep91 I no the GT is a bit of a pain. You can always join the two heater pipes together that go onto the bulk head. That will bypass the heater.
  19. ^^^^^^ lol im wanting to use it as a road going car as well so want some propper heat. the ciggy ones are pretty want. im not realy that fussed about the weight now. will get polly windows and fiber glass boot lid, wings and would love a jam bonnet
  20. I'm leavin the main dash loom alone for the mo. Using the original engin bay fuse box inside the car. Running new wires back to the bay for head lights, wipers and fan. Custom engine wiring for the standalone. Will be using some wires from the original loom. But it will be nicly tucked away. Wanting to put a custom heater box back in the car and use the oem switch panel. Will need to get my self a marquee to put the car in cuz my dads filled the garage up! Cuz I'm loosing hope with the weather
  21. I will give it a go when I'm on my mates pc and off the iPhone. See if I can fix it and not redo it if can.

  23. O well I'll have to start again then. Stuff like that takes me ages. Thort there might be a quick fix for it. I think I might have to put a space after my code brackes cuz it's bunched it's self up sum how. That's what I'm thinking now.
  24. Make sure all your nuts and bolts are tight dude. Did you use metal gaskets?
