  1. Bet it's not as bad as my engine loosing comp. I lost the middle of the conrod? Bits of the block front and back :-) and the piston skirt? Strip it down and see what's wrong before you break just incase it's an easy fix :-)
  2. If you change the drive shaft seals use the old seal and the drive shaft to nock the new seal in. It's goes in nice and square that way.
  3. My gear box is wet with oil. It's my rear main leaking tho.

  7. I was running my stock ecu without the stock tps sensor. The idle bad a bit hight that's it really. You should be able to use any true tps sensor on the ultimate if it has inputs for it. I run a Saab sensor on my standalone.
  8. You want proper oil grade elbow. Shouldnt have a problem. I no people. Who don't even run clips on the pipe. Would look over all your breathers as well.
  9. I use the innovate lc-1. Its for my standalone setup but has two out puts you can set to what you want. You could use one for the stock ecu narrow band. And a wideband out put for gauge. Then you use one hole. Not sure about the other makes.

  11. Shame the livesport fenders were for a 91. No good for my ep82. Was a sad day taking the fenders off shortys car. Glad to see them go to a good home tho. Keep them original. Any one want the rest of shorts car. Offers welcome. Don't want it in my drive to long lol
  12. I run the celica twins on mine the the ae111 twins are the same pads if that helps. Ferodo STD pad number is fdb928 if that helps.
  13. Carina 2.0 gti pads fit from around the 97 year. Try looking for those pads.
  14. Use lots of grease when fitting then. A dry seal will burn out in no time!

  16. Looks like you have a sticking caliper. One side of your front pads will be worn down more. Bit doing discs and pads might sort it out. The last one on the list is cuz of side skerts cant inspect the full sill for corrosion. Hope this helps.

  19. Every manifold kit I've seen are all in differnt places. The pipe coming off my new wepr ram style is only about 25/30mm long. The zisco ram on curls round from the front. Just look at the manifold and put the waste gate where you want it.
  20. No reason why it can't be done. Just need a flange, pipe a hole in the manifold and a nice strong weld. Was going to do it to shortys old kit but went for a wepr ram manifold.
  21. Easy job to do as long as your happy timing your engine up. You need to remove the cams. When you slide the new seals on make sure you oil them up, and put a bit of thick plastic bag over the valve so you don't catch the new seal going on.
  22. Recon it will be the valve stem seals. Comp test looks good. When tgeturbos gone they tend to smoke all the time. You can change the valve stem seal with out taking the head off. Just need a bit of compressed air and a special universal tool to compress the valve springs :-)
  23. My mates selling his supercharger kit with front mount and aem plug and play piggy back. Did that car go. Clutch was ok for about a day! Then came the light weight fly wheel and updated clutch can't remember the make. I've got to take it out next week as it's going back to STD :-(
