Cheers mate. Well it's actually more comfortable, and doesn't rattle as much. Quicker and better spec'd so i'm really enjoying it so far! As for plans, tomorrow i'm making a list of all the little bits that don't work or are broken to get replaced. Bits of paintwork sorted out, possibly kitted, wheels, coilovers. Will be plenty more bits to come i'm sure I did mine today as well dude but im thinking of getting a thin sheet of MDF, sound proofing it and carpeting it. Still get the stripped out look but a bit less hardcore lol

Muchas gracias senor! I had to shampoo the inside as the metal was a bit grubby and also got some wet wipes to the rear plastics. Its going to slowly get there ;)

Small update; i removed the TRD badge on the boot and stripped the back seats out ;) The seat belts will come out as well soon. I'm planning on getting it carpeted as i don't think i'm a fan of the bare metal look.

Im sure if you have an alarm fitted though you can go to certain places and they check it over and give you a certificate for like £20? Obviously won't be an official certificate but it proves to the insurance that you have one fitted. Could be wrong though! @bucket - How much did that alarm set you back dude?

I want an alarm that is Cat 1 insurance approved, provides a central locking fob and is fairly cheap! The only one i've spotted so far which meets that description is the TOAD ai606. Also, how hard are they to wire in? If they're a bas*ard, how much would getting one fitted set me back roughly? Cheers

Well you could either get one custom made or put up a wanted thread for an 'HDI style' hotpipe. The only other option i think would be to rotate your turbo downwards and order one from the likes of WEPR. Hope that helps

I'm sure you can't fit a ram horn with that style hot pipe? You could either get a compact manifold and stick with the hot pipe you have OR get yourself a ram horn manifold and get a short route hot pipe If it were me i'd look at changing the hot pipe so then you get quicker spooling + the sexyness of a ram horn manifold

I'll hopefully chuck some coilovers on her soon and a rear ARB which should sort it out TD conversions are a must on these cars! As you say, turns them into a totally different car! I was really happy with the price tbh I wouldn't say you over paid dude. A car is worth what every you think it's worth! Plans are to get a set of gauges in there to keep on eye on things. Get an alarm, EBC, coilovers, tidy some bits on the paintwork up, new alloys and possibly kit it up! (TOMS or Livesports). The list goes on! haha. Haha Exactly! So you can't bad mouth my car anymore Can't wait to see it on the car! Going to look sexy! Looking forward to the shoot as well; need to get the cars super clean
