'Mine goes well 3rd onwards plus a close mate has a standard glanza and his goes well in 3rd onwards.. Mine handles really well, admittedly it has coilovers. My mates standard one is fairly poor. Probably true but then the potential was found in this little hatch and then the market for them grew.. They maybe expensive to buy but you will easily get your money back when selling on. Unreliable.. Really? Seriously? Japanese engineering. From the short time i've been on TGTT and UKSC all the guys on there say their Glanza's/ Starlets are one of the most reliable cars they've owned. Thats an opinion. I think there an awsome looking little car and there a lot more exciting to look at than a bloody saxo.. Anything else?'

What is it with bloody saxo owners hating on starlets? I used to own a vtr so got onto saxperience for a while. I read up on a few threads on there every now and again and it suprises me how much that forum hates starlets! The thing is, they don't even know anything about the car, they just follow each other and stick with the 'body kitted micra' comment. Heres one of their latest rants.. Sax-P Homosexuals

Thought i'd pull my finger out and have a go at fitting the Varis front bumper! Heres how it ended up: Obviously need to get it sprayed up as soon as i can afford it! Am i ok driving around with it not painted or should i take it off until i get it sprayed?

You can try and open a dispute with your bank (card that is linked with your paypal). I sent £60 not too long ago to the wrong person and paypal said they can't do anything about it. Got onto the phone to my bank and explained what had happened; they refunded me the £60 straight away and said we'll dispute this for you. If they can win the case then you get to keep the money the bank gives you back, if they loose then obviously the bank will claim it back. I would say to try this before you give up dude

Ye i know about the compact one i ment my ram horn style looks different to the one posted above. I think mine must of been an earlier design or something then?

Is there anything i can do to test if the headgasket is on the way out?

Thats what i was hoping becasue it only seems to do it when i come on boost for the first few times after the car is warmed up.

Did Zisco do any other designs to the Ram Horn style mainfold? The one i bought from Little Lewis looks different..?

I know a lot of threads pop up about smokey cars that aren't actually faulty in any way. I get some smoke on idle but havnt really worried much about that but sometimes shortly after the car is warmed and i step onto boost i get a lot of white smoke pouring out the exhaust. This might be a coincidence but it has only seemed to do it in 2nd-3rd gear at the minute. It doesn't do this all the time, just on occasions. Is this something to get worried about?
