  1. Even with the worlds best intercooler route it would still have an effect. I can see where the OP is coming from. Ceramic coat the inside of the tb? Lol that's the only other option I can think of Cooling the turbo does actually have its benefits aswell... Without it being cooled (although on some turbos just oil is fine) they can reach ridiculous temperatures which is another cause for cracks in the wastegate/fails.
  2. R32 is better than the R33 and but its debatable regarding the R34 down to the chassis advances. OP, can you afford to buy the R32 without selling your V? If so, buy it, run it, if you love it sell the V. If you don't, sell it on and keep the V.
  3. Have you not considered an ACIS intake manifold? Similar vein to tb's however it reduces the runner length at low rpm to gain torque
  4. You probably won't see the full benefit of them without cams tbh bud and getting the lengths bob on
  5. Supercharge it. Do something different ;-) someone's managed it anyway!
  6. If the bod you brought it off knows about the AFR screw, could he have just wound it right up? Flooding your engine instantly and causing the crappy start? On a side note, tell your dad thanks Micky! lol
  7. The Nissan Primera Owners Club chage £15 :| It will cost me more to join that than to run the car for a week lol
  8. Monday morning, I'm easily confused before lunch time
  9. I wonder how many miles you can gwt it up to before it goes boom! Good luck! lol
  10. Welcome along! Considering your in overalls in your pic I'm going to make the assumption you know your shit! Avoid FCD's unless set up properly and watch out for uber boost spikes! Apart from that, enjoy!
  11. TomsTecs ECUs can be adjusted for AFR. At least the ones for the Altezza and MR2 can. Never seen one for an EP91! Aside from that it should run fine. EDIT: Are all the connections fine from your loom/on the ECU side of things? Any grit or shit got in there?
  12. I liked the physics engine in GT5. Drifting etc was awesome on shitty tyres in a decent car. I just wish you could do engine/trans swaps like in Forza!
  13. But then if your spending DC5 money you could have a whole raft of better cars. A DC5 is just a Civic in drag. If you buy a DC2 aswell don't buy cheap. Theyre not as bullet proof as you would expect.
  14. Plus to roll a DC2 on the public road and hit the top of a bus (I've had a lot of cars, the Teg was easily one of the best handling ever) you have to be driving like a complete ass clown. Buy a DC2. Enjoy it! But then in the same price band as a DC2 you could pick up an Evo/Scoob
  15. I'd have kicked her so hard her boobs were bruised, greased up wench. BUT I'd just spent £30 on pizza and I wasn't letting that go to waste!
  16. If I was building a car for the track it would be a DC2. In terms of a fast road car for a giggle I went back to a V. My DC2 would have absolutely decimated my V in the corners, straight line not so much. And as a daily the lack of torque made it a nause. But on the right road when your in the right mood not much would of kept up. You can get the things to slide like a RWD for god sake. If I had boosted mine I'd probably still have it! So... If your building a track car buy the DC2.
  17. Me and my misses literally saw a woman reverse into my old DC2 when it was parked up and just drive off. I reported it to the police etc, took them 3 months to bother investigating. By which point there wasn't enough evidence to prove anything. Bastards.
  18. It's a dealership in Fukushima, Tohoku, Japan according to google ;)
  19. Easy mate, can all be done in a few hours if you work alright without any major hitches
  20. HDI - arguably the best but a lot of bumper cutting required because the cores MASSIVE BLITZ - smaller core, quicker spool, shite pipe work route. That's my experience! Take your time with trimming aswell, otherwise your bumper ends up looking like you ran down Edward Scissor Hands
  21. But I was never late ;-) lol
  22. That tickled me lol I used to fill up twice a week driving 8 miles to work and back heavy foot.
  23. Your phone unmuted? Sounds daft but I've done it before lol
