MX5s are either rotten or ragged to death for a low price. S14s tend to be in the same boat. Have to spend a decent amount to get a reasonable example of either :-(

Test drive one :-P they're good motors, they're not the worst on fuel either! Well, that or I drove sensibly! Used the same if not less fuel than my V! EDIT: on a run it was much better. Town driving is debateable

They're similar to the altezzas, you got any pics of the spray ports (terminology?) glanza's are just like little hose pipes, I'm assuming there's a lot of little holes in that to atomise the fuel more efficiently?

Meh, mine wast too bad, no more expensive than the Beemer or Teg, the standard suspension is dire though on te Tezz's

Old volvos have rocketed in value! Old beemers however are still old beemers. A pittance can get you a tatty one with a decent lump, weld the diff and skid it till it blows up.

Altezzas have amazing balance and the engines smooth if not the most powerful in the world. I happen to have one breaking now and a GReddy turbo kit on eBay if your feeling fruity lol

Get that on a limited mileage policy and a derv daily, you will 90% regret selling unless you pick up something that's... Specialer (real word? Lol) EDIT: I hated my E46 Beemer 'sensible car' (2.2 petrol) because it was just sheer boredome after a string of performance cars. Hence selling it in 2 months flat.

No hard evidence but big power starlets have a habit of stripping standard gears, the 6 speed box has thinner discs? (Terminology is shocking there but I think you know what I mean!)
