Stock internals will be fine mate for 200bhp as long as you look after the engine and get a good map to set up the fueling properly, i currently running 230bhp through the standard internals and all is well!

Well after crashing my last n/a conversion in the summer i had to get another one so i did, decided to make a new thread of it. Picked up another n/a for £450 with 6 months m.o.t and only 60k on the clock! My engine that was in the car i crashed was all ok (thank god) so i could salvage that and the rest of the front end for the new build. Anyway hers some pics of how it started and how it is now. The day i got her. (same day i crashed my last one) The next day i got the 4efte in her! A few weeks later me and my mate set about getting her painted The roof flattened and polished

I've had these sitting around for a few days now but havent had time to fit them yet but will be getting the finger out and getting it done today. Yesterday i gave my gearbox a lick of some fresh high temp paint to make it look a bit better and im happy with the result

As above, wheres the best place in scotland to get my car mapped? Bought an emb last night and will be wanting it mapped at the end of january but dont know many places in Scotland. I know nick jones at tunning developments is like a god for mapping but its 230 miles from where i stay so its a bit far out. Anyone had a good map and good power results from anywhere in Scotland? I will also be needing the emb installed. Cheers

Got the flywheel lightned aswell so il be parking the car facing down hill at all times lol Was thinking about getting the exedy stage 3 but it was just a bit out of my price range so hopefully the paddle stage 2 will do the job nicely.

Alright, an alround good paint gun would be a devilbis gti, you can pick these up for a good price on ebay but you get ones for laquer and ones for water base etc, best just to go for one for water base and that would be okay for solvent base aswell.

Been looking for a clutch for a while and finaly bought myself the exedy paddle yesterday for camskill, better be worth the money! lol Took my gearbox and clutch out today, the clutch was just a smooth disk haha will get some pics up, im not surprised it was slipping
