Alright mate, I've got a 75ltr 1.5hp sip air compressor that i use around the house for working on my car i also used it for spraying the car aswell and it works the buz gun continuously without any problems, also worked fine on the spray gun continuously without running out of puff, would probably be okay for what your looking for or just to be on the safe side a 100ltr tank 2hp motor would be more than enough.

Bumper should fit mate, theres no cracks on the actual bumper just hairline cracks in the paint, could be doing with getting sprayed to be honest. Cheers

Car for breaking: For breaking is my mk2 gt turbo, the overall bodywork of the car wasnt great and the bottom end started knocking and was going to cost far to much to get fixed so the car is being broke for spares. Its a sunroof model and i have all the paperwork for it including receipts for engine work and previous mots. Condition: As stated above the overall bodywork isnt the best and the bottom end is rattling. Mileage: The car has covered 92000 kilometres. Aftermarket parts: Decat, dump valve, boost guage, exhaust, thats about it, pritty much standard. Parts sold: Wheels, Bonnet, Turbo, Manifold, N/S front seatbelt Pictures and prices: De-cat £50 Full interior inc doorcards £80 Dash £50 Doors £40 each Tailgate with glowpanel and spoiler £60 Gearbox £100 Driveshafts £40 each, Gaitors arent the best but are all intact. Exhaust £100 Custom made Engine £200 Bottom end needs fixed. Shell £200 if anyone is interested. If i was you i would definatley go down the td04 route, well worth it and because its a bit more laggy it will be better in the snow and wet etc.

I bought a few thing off him with no problems at all, i collected my stuff from his house tho and he seemed like a good guy. As for the car it was jezzas car from jd tuning.

Alright guys, just wondering if any of yous use winter tyres in the winter (obviously). Im looking into buying a set to stop getting stuck in the snow or atleast give me half a chance in the snow. Last year was torture when it was snowing so im defo thinking about getting winter tyres this year. Any recomendations? Im looking at a set of continental contact ts800, read some reviews and there supposed to be good on snow and ice.

£350 was for re grinding the crank, re grinding the conrods, cleaning out the block and fitting the crank to the rods and the block then we would need to buy a new head gasket and timing belt to build the engine back up.

So me and my mate bought a gt turbo between us as a project as the bottom end was rattling, we stripped it down and found that number 4 was worn alot and the other 3 were slightly worn. Anyway weev bought new shells (.5 oversize ones) and had a quote to get the crank re-ground and its basiclly going to cost us £350 in total plus the money we spent on the shells so weer startiing to wonder if it would be worth the hassle as by the time we get the car up and running we will loose some cash. Does anyone have a freshly re ground crank with shells and conrods laying around they could sell? Or does anyone have a bare engine in good working condition for sale? Would need to be a good price tho. Any help would be muchly appreciated, Cheers.

As above guys im needing 2 new ball joints and am wondering wheres the best place to get them, cheap as possinle aswell. Also im wanting to pollybush my wishbones, does anyone know where i will get bushes for them or does anyone have a link? Thanks

I would take the standard efi pipe off and relocate the air filter to the front bumper, that will be the best thing to do and then its getting a perfect cold air feed aswell

My best time is 15.7 on the standard turbo and rx7 topmount running .8 bar boost. now running a td04 at .8 bar with a front mount, hoping to get around 14 in a few weeks at crail.

Didnt expect that many replys. I've got a stainless steel manifold so dont know if its worth heat wraping it incase it just cracks. Might do my de-cat and the first section of my exhaust, see how i get on.

As above, does heat wraping the mani and de-cat make a difference in power? I've heard people saying it will make the car pop flames and stuff, is this true? Im just curious lol
