Bought a new civic rad as the one i have looks abit shabby, i may not be using this now anyway as i may get a full size one for better cooling. Bought an oil cooler, i now have a thermostat to run on this too :-) Bought a new blitz backbox :-) Before i cleaned it up........ and after ............ Note to everyone... do not place second hand oil coolers on your bed or this will happen!! The new Zisco mani arrived today :-D Attached to the TD05, need to detach the actuator off the turbo The screamer :-) Here she is waiting patiently in the garage until she goes to Tuning Developments on the 28th, to the right is a 2.5" mid section exhaust that i bought off a friend, just hope this will be ok and my car wont hit a wall during mapping :/ Thanks for looking :-)

I've just booked my car in with them on the 28th to have my 5E fully forged with a TD05 fitted, ive spoke to these guys via phone and facebook and they are always happy to help out, cant wait to go up there and get the beast done and meet them :-)

Im not going to Ricky basicly as Sparky had numerous problems with his car, i started speeking to Nick from Tuning Developments on facebook then rang and spoke to Mike and we had a good long chat, they seem decent guys and i think they tend to focus more on starlets than Racetech, im spending hell of a lot of money to get this done itl b a good few thousand as im having a custom head built now too plus cams and cruise valve springs and the last thing i want is to have problems so i suppose they have my vote of confidence lol fingers crossed, I've spoke to a few people anyway and nobody has had problems with them :-)

Update: Turbo seals were so F**kd that my car continuously burnt oil, got to the point i was topping it up every week, then the oil level got very low and now i have a knocking bottom end :-( shes off the road now and being towed to Tuning Developments on the 28th of this month :-) fully forged engine, Wossner pistons, PEC rods, Athena headgasket, new oil pump and cambelt. Plus i have bought a TD05 18G, Emanage ultimate, Zisco manifold external wastegate, 560cc injectors, fuel rail, 2.5" exhaust system, new civic rad and an oil cooler with thermostat. Cant wait now should be able to run her in over xmas :-) Just done it im in work lmao

ok awsome, think il go for the 3" all the way through then, gonna go fo the racetech manifold aswell now as it looks like it has slighlty bigger tubing on it compared to others, was your downpipe custom made?

ohright i see, gdgd mine is like 2.25 at the moment so need it sorting, i think im gonna have to have a 3" downpipe made up though which will probably cost a fair bit

After speeking to Ricky he says i will need a 3" exhaust sytem if i am to run 350bhp, some people are saying i will lose alot of back pressure??? opinions????? and if i was to have a 3" exhaust system the downpipe that i get with the zisco manifold is 2.5" so i take it this will be useless and il need Ricky to fabricate me a 3" downpipe?

A TD05 16G shouldnt be too lagg, il be running a 18G and hoping for full boost by 4000 rpm

I really dont no where to take my car to have the TD05 fitted and mapped?? I've had quots off TM Developments, Tuning Developments and Racetech, if money wasnt an issue where would you take your car??? i was goin to take it to race-tech becuase he said i would also need a custom 3" exhaust if i was to run 350bhp and they dont come off the shelf therefore i kind of felt like i need to take it to him if u get me??
